Description:

Equitable Facilities Fund is a nonprofit social impact fund for high-performing public charter schools. We combine philanthropic funds with private capital to provide our partner schools with long-term, fixed-rate loans at the best terms available outside of government-enhanced programs. To date, EFF has committed over $200 million to schools serving more than 25,000 students, providing them with funding to amplify their impact. Recently, EFF recapitalized on the bond market, allowing us to scale our fund significantly over the coming months and years.

Products & Services:

Projects eligible for EFF financing include refinancing existing debt, construction, acquisition of land or facilities, and expansion projects. EFF is the Program Administrator for Equitable School Revolving Fund (ESRF). ESRF’s ‘A’ rated, over-collateral reserve structure offers investors high-credit, long-term access to the nation’s best charter schools.
