The NACA Inspired Schools Network has two Fellowship programs:
- The School Design Fellowship (SDF)
- The Growing Together Fellowship (GTF)
The Growing Together Fellowship was designed to identify and build up leaders in existing NISN schools around mission-driven schooling and Indigenous Leadership. Through the ongoing process of continually refining the program, we hope to accomplish this goal.
GTF Theory of Change
Education was always inherent in Indigenous ceremonies, governance, and ways of life. Our schools are the answer for this moment in schooling for our Indigenous communities as they know best how to tell the story of what is right in their communities for the sake of their children. The GTF will re-center, reconnect, re-inspire, and recommit a new generation of leaders in Indigenous Education to mission-driven teaching and learning and create new edges in the work of educational sovereignty and self-determination.
