Directory of Facilities Assistance Providers
This tool allows users to search for technical assistance providers that may be relevant to their school and facilities project. Technical assistance is non-financial help provided by local or international specialists. It can take the form of sharing information and expertise, instruction, skills training, transmission of working knowledge, and consulting services and may also involve the transfer of technical data. Use the selection options on the left side to specify the type of support you are interested, entity sector (if relevant), and your geography. Profile selections for “Indian Country” indicate whether research on the entity showed past experience supporting schools/projects in tribal areas.

Pacific Charter School Development
PCSD’s mission is to provide long-term affordable facilities solutions to increase the availability of high quality charter schools for underserved students. Pacific Charter School Development was founded in 2004 by former President & CEO, Glenn Pierce, Kim Smith and James Willcox, then of the NewSchools Venture Fund. The organization was formed to address the single greatest hurdle that high-quality charter schools face in educating urban children – securing adequate academic campuses. Recognizing this need, the three founders designed an organization that could marshall resources of the leading members of the philanthropic and socially-conscious community to produce new school seats in low income communities with the greatest need.
